I'm not really a bumper-sticker kind of girl, but when I saw this one, I had to have it. Everytime I see it on my car I smile, and feel a rush of love through my soul. It has been almost a year since Africa... but time cannot steal away the memories of the journey or the ever-present desire to return.
I am not the same, having seen the moon shine on the other side of the world.

I feel the exact same way...only it's for Tasmania...a few of the same letters, but worlds away from each other. : )
It's been 20 years since I've been there, but the desire to go back is still as strong as it was when I left as a college senior.
And it wasn't the moon on the other side of the world I noticed, but the image of the Southern Cross and all the other billions of stars I could see. They have branded my heart forever.
